so pretty much i get yelled at a lot for never writing on here...but i don't really ever have anything to talk about. but i will try and find something to write about for now.

i'm playing soccer up here at school and it's the most fun thing ever. this weekend we had a game friday night and saturday...let me tell you...that was an adventure. this is what the weather looked like friday night.



no joke. let me just say i have never been so cold and miserable in my entire life. we were all shivering while playing.

i took a french test this week. 88%! yeaaaaaaaaaaaah! i was so happy. j'aime le francais.

so most of you know i currently reside in idaho. it's the end of october. what has the weather been like for the past month? bright, sunny, and warm. i'm not complaining, it's just so weird.

halloween is coming up and jake and katie are supposed to be visiting Erin and me. i am so excited for this, so they better actually come.

so the other day i was talking to my dear sister amber on the phone. when asked why i never update this thing, i said that i dont have anything to write about. so she told me i could write about how awesome she was. although i'm pretty sure she was joking, im going to take her advice and allow the whole world to read about just how awesome she really is. (great pictures will accompany this blog...) not all of you will understand all of them, just fyi.

as silly as this is, i really do love them a lot. and miss them. move home please.

HMO, fish tanks, and afros.

so i decided it was time to update my blog when the first thing my little cousin christian says when he seems me is "you really need to update your blog. we check it." haha. so here i am...trying to think of something to write. let's start off with a lovely, very manly picture of my cousin jake that i took at his wedding reception this past weekend. it's great.



beautiful, isn't it. my mom and i went out to utah last tuesday for my sister jesseca's college graduation. we stayed a night with her and her hubby and then proceeded to go to amber's house and spend a few nights with chaddles and the little baby inside her stomach. it was a lovely graduation...wonderful speakers, loud cheering, etc. and to top it off, a very angry man yelling "GET OUT OF MY FACE!" to some guy during graduation. haha. wow. anywho, once my whole family had gotten there we decided to play apples to apples, which explains the first subject in my title for this post. HMO. possibly the lamest word one can get while playing apples to apples. everyone who has ever played this game with me knows that i like getting the random funny words that work for any green card played. i was overjoyed when i picked up a card and read homo! i was SO EXCITED! (no, really, i was) that is until i gave it a second glance and discovered it really read HMO. which is much less exciting and a great disappointment.

i moved my pet turtle (lars) to a fish tank the other day. he is loving the new rocks and fake vegetation that he now has and loves swimming around. im going to buy guppies for him to eat sometime...

alas, one last note of business. i got a job!!! YAY! at a place called the goddard school. it's like a daycare place. and the kids are so precious. my favorite that i've seen yet looks like this, only in boy form:

oh soap.

so katie and i, being the cool little girls we are decided to build a fort in the middle of our living room. it's amazing. we've been sleeping in it the past 2 days. woot! yeah. anyways. my entire family tells me to write on this more, even though my life isn't that exciting. except, we decided to make anonymous valentine's cards for people we loved that we knew. bwahaha. yeah, so turns out that one of the guys we made one for got engaged that night and then came home to find this creeper valentine. jaja, don't we have the best timing in the world.

yeah, so approximately 54 days, 14 hours, and 33 minutes i will be at the most amazing concert of my life.







YEAHHHH! that's right. cobra and all time low. wow. so stoked i can't even tell you how excited i am.

yeah. oh and also i love french. it's amazing. and it's kind of wanting me to take spanish again so i can learn it better. except i can't get the accent right because i want to pronounce everything like how you do in spanish. que lame. today in class we wrote about monkeys. it rocked.

Top Reasons Why Katie and I Totally Rock The Hizzle.

1) katie's canadian. which makes me cool by association, eh?

2) REAL glasses. nuff said. (they actually exist, have lenses, and sit perfectly on our faces, therefore they are not "fake")

3) the christmas lights hung up in our room sparkle the christmas feeling throughout our entire apartment. and our hearts.


4) we love kyle! he's from tennessee.

5) chuck norris protects us while we sleep.


6) we can "both" speak french

7) we sound just like aretha franklin! just ask our neighbors....3 apartments down...

8) most girls here wake up with at least an hour for grooming and higene purposes. however, we don't flow that way. we're both really good at waking up 5 minutes before class starts and getting ready WITH a solid 10 seconds before class actually begins. showers are overrated.

9) people-watching is our best talent. which we exercise frequently.

10) we're indian and white at the same time.


11) we both have the ability to look like shirley temple. this is true.

12) patience is a virtue. which we have learned this semester. (people not buying toilet paper, stealing my books, borrowing everything we own, corrupting our leggings, honking their nose constantly, using our trash cans, not cleaning...the list could go on...)

13) we're the best birthday rememberers ever!

don't get me wrong, i love college and being with people that are all my age and all that fun stuff, but i miss home. and my family. and my precious, amazing, adorable, PERFECT kitty, Fabio. He is my favorite animal in the entire world. look at how cute he is...

the best part is that he feels the exact same way about me! i'm his favorite, i've asked him. he is so fuzzy and amazing and i can't wait to go home to see him. he's pretty much a magical cat and can do amazing tricks. one thing he's especially good at is eating jesseca's pets. like hansel. it's a rather funny story... so during the summer jesseca bought a pet fish and named him hansel after the crazy cool guy from zoolander. he lived a short, yet happy life in a beautiful vase with marbles. one day while were gone, i guess fabi got hungry...dun dun dun...when we got home, the vase was knocked on the floor and there was no more fishy. pobre jesseca. pobre hansel. here is a picture i drew depicting the tragic event...

actually, maybe fabio didn't really eat hansel. word on the street is that jesseca had problems keeping her fish alive. i bet he peacefully died in his sleep and she framed fabio because she thinks he is evil. how could such a perfect kitty do such a terrible thing? that's right, he can't. angels don't kill fish....bwahaha.

so...i'm really bored right now, which is why i decided to do this. mainly because jess and amber have them, and i find them really amusing to read. so perhaps someone out there will enjoy reading this. and you can creep on my life and my thoughts more in depth than you can with facebook. anywho, i'll be adding posts so this isn't boring later on. peace sucka.
